Technology Forecast

Dr. Michael Lightner , the 2005 president-elect of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), had a trip to Iran and had a talk in Tehran about the future and challenges of technology. I happened to receive his talk over the internet. There are some interesting part in his talk including speaking of the forcasting of the future technology.
